As a Project Implementation Engineer, you will use your Process Engineering experience, enjoyment of programming and information management tools to manage the installation and training for our software solutions. You will manage multiple projects, in a variety of industries and provide training to our clients on our products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
Determines and develops project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards.
Provides timely engineering solutions to problems associated with project assignments.
Develops or assists with the development of project schedules by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Train customers on the use of software in the production environment

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
2-7 years of Process Engineering experience
This position will have a flexible location.
50% Travel is expected, some international travel if desired (10-20%).

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $80-130K, with the potential bonus as well. Base salary is commensurate with experience. Capstone offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Benefits include medical, dental, life insurance, disability, 401k with company match and paid vacation.
